The Challenge

London Weight Management is an award-winning slimming and wellness brand renowned for its customised slimming treatments and bespoke weight management services, however, it was challenging to get bookings for their outlets due to the competitive weight management market, leading to foot traffic and sales that were not strong. Compared to their competitors, London Weight Management found it challenging to stand out and it was hard to find their targeted audience as they had to find new mothers who gave birth 3-12 months ago and wanted to have weight loss.

The Strategy

To stand out amongst its competitors, London Weight Management targeted new mothers who gave birth 3-12 months ago and wanted weight loss. Once the right target audience was identified, Leadgram, X10 Media’s proprietary targeting technology platform and also the first targeting technology in Asia to send automated DM to hyper-targeted audiences on Instagram, was activated to target new mothers. ChatGPT was used to generate personalised and highly converting DM messages with attractive promotions based on the campaign’s objectives, audience profiles, and call-to-action.

The Execution

Leadgram sent 4,500 DM throughout the 3-month campaign using the client’s Instagram account. X10 Media provided campaign analytics and reporting to clients every 2 weeks to analyse what worked, and what didn’t work, and gave recommendations on how to improve the campaign for higher ROI.

The Results

The campaign achieved an open rate of 10.8% and a reply rate of 6.9% – 486 people opened the DM and 310 people replied with bookings to London Weight Management’s outlets, successfully identifying the right target audience, increase bookings and sales for our client’s outlets.
